Yes, we offer 24/7 monitoring and support through our Network Operations Centre (NOC). Our team is always available to ensure your systems run smoothly and any issues are resolved promptly. Monitoring, alerting and priority-1 incident response run around the clock; routine requests are handled Monday to Friday during UAE business hours unless your agreement specifies extended cover.

Response targets are written into every agreement and reported monthly. As a guide, priority-1 incidents that stop the business are acknowledged within 15 minutes and worked continuously until resolved; priority-2 issues affecting a department within one hour; and standard requests within four business hours. On-site attendance in Dubai is typically same day, and next business day for Abu Dhabi and the Northern Emirates.

Yes. Onboarding starts with a discovery audit: we document every device, licence, credential and vendor contract, deploy our monitoring and endpoint agents, and fix the immediate risks before the previous arrangement ends. Most handovers complete within two to four weeks and we can co-manage alongside an existing IT team where that is the better fit.

We implement the 3-2-1 backup rule: 3 copies of data, on 2 different media types, with 1 copy stored offsite. We also develop comprehensive disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity. Backups are built on Veeam, Acronis or Commvault depending on the platform, include an immutable copy that ransomware cannot encrypt, and are test-restored on a schedule with the results in your monthly report.

As a Cloud Solution Provider partner we supply Microsoft 365, Azure and Dynamics subscriptions billed monthly or annually in AED, adjust seat counts as your headcount changes, and include tenant administration in your managed agreement. Existing subscriptions can be transferred to us without disruption.
