Our Story
Binary Minds L.L.C. was founded with a singular vision: to become the most trusted technology partner for businesses operating in the UAE. Headquartered in Business Bay, Dubai, we've grown from a boutique consultancy into a full-service IT powerhouse.
Today, we serve over 50 enterprise clients across finance, healthcare, retail, and government sectors — delivering end-to-end solutions that span cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, managed services, and beyond. We don't just keep the lights on; we engineer environments built to perform.
The company started in 2014 as a small team supplying and supporting servers, networks and Microsoft licensing for SMBs in Dubai. As clients grew, so did the questions they asked: who watches the firewall at 2 am, how do we pass an ISO 27001 audit, what does moving to Azure actually cost in AED. Each answer became a practice — a 24/7 NOC, a security team, a cloud team — and today the same office at 2011, B2B Tower, Business Bay runs IT for organisations across all seven Emirates.

Every engagement starts with an audit of what you run today — assets, licences, risks and costs — so recommendations are based on evidence, not a datasheet.
A written scope with a bill of materials, timeline, SLA and a fixed AED price. No open-ended day rates unless you ask for them.
A named project lead, change windows agreed with your team, migrations run outside working hours and a 30-day hypercare period after cut-over.
Monitoring from our Dubai NOC, monthly service reports and quarterly reviews that revisit the roadmap as your business changes.

Around forty people work from Business Bay across four disciplines. Most client relationships involve all four within the first year.
