ClientCase Studies

Explore how Binary Minds has helped UAE enterprises secure, optimise, and scale their technology infrastructure — with measurable, lasting results.

  • Dubai-based since 2014
  • Managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud and datacenter
  • Every study reports a measured baseline

Case studies are being prepared for publication

Most of our engagements are covered by client confidentiality, and we publish a study only once the client has approved the figures. New studies are added as approvals come through. In the meantime, the sections below explain how we measure results, who we work with and how a typical engagement runs — or ask us for a reference in your industry.

How we measure results

Numbers first, adjectives last

A case study is only useful if you can compare it with your own environment. Each study we publish records the starting position, what was changed and what the monitoring data showed afterwards.

Baselines come from the same tools we run in service: RMM and NOC monitoring, the ticketing system, Microsoft 365 and Azure reporting, vulnerability scanners and, where relevant, the client's own finance figures. Where a number is the client's estimate rather than a measurement, the study says so.

Availability and response

Uptime of the systems in scope, mean time to respond and mean time to resolve, measured from ticket and monitoring data rather than estimates.

Security posture

Critical and high findings closed, MFA and EDR coverage, patch latency and the result of a follow-up vulnerability scan or penetration test.

Cost and licensing

Total monthly IT spend before and after, including licences, hardware refresh, support hours and the cost of downtime avoided.

Business outcome

What the client set out to achieve — an audit passed, a new office opened on time, a migration completed without a lost working day.

Industries we serve

Sector experience across the Emirates

The controls are similar from one sector to the next; the regulators, the peak hours and the systems that cannot fail are not. These are the industries where most of our engagements sit.

Financial services and DIFC

Brokerages, fund managers, fintech and insurance firms in DIFC, ADGM and onshore that must evidence controls to DFSA, FSRA and Central Bank auditors.

Healthcare

Clinics, hospitals and laboratories regulated by DHA, DoH and MoHAP, where patient records, imaging systems and clinical applications cannot go offline.

Education

Schools, nurseries and training institutes running Microsoft 365 for Education, student device fleets and campus Wi-Fi across multiple buildings.

Retail and e-commerce

Multi-outlet retailers with POS, inventory and online storefronts that need PCI DSS scope reduction and reliable connectivity to every branch.

Logistics and free zones

Freight forwarders, 3PLs and traders in JAFZA, DAFZA and KIZAD with warehouse networks, handheld scanners and customs-integrated systems.

Real estate and property

Developers, brokerages and facility managers with sales galleries, site offices and CRM platforms that must stay connected as projects move.

Government suppliers

Contractors and vendors to federal and emirate entities that must align with the UAE IA Regulation, NESA controls and tender security questionnaires.

Professional services

Law firms, accountancies, consultancies and agencies whose value sits in documents, email and client confidentiality.

Typical engagement outcomes

What clients usually see in the first year

Results vary with the starting position, but these are the ranges we see most often across managed IT, security and cloud engagements.

99.9%
Typical uptime across managed environments
< 15 min
Median response to priority-1 incidents
30–45%
Reduction in recurring support tickets after onboarding
10+ yrs
Delivering projects for UAE businesses since 2014

Fewer, shorter incidents

Monitoring, patching and standardised builds remove the recurring faults that generate most tickets. What remains is resolved against a written SLA instead of whoever is free.

Audit evidence on demand

Asset inventories, change records, access reviews and backup reports are produced monthly, so ISO 27001, PCI DSS and UAE IA evidence is a file export rather than a project.

Predictable spend in AED

A single monthly fee replaces ad-hoc call-outs, emergency hardware purchases and unplanned licence renewals, with a documented roadmap for the next refresh.

Our delivery approach

How every engagement in these studies was run

The same four stages apply whether the project is a firewall replacement for one office or a datacenter migration for a group.

  1. 01

    Discover

A scoped assessment of the environment, the constraints and the numbers that matter to you. Every study starts with a baseline we can measure against later.

  2. 02

    Design

A written proposal with architecture, vendor selection from our partner portfolio, phased plan, cut-over windows and a fixed price in AED.

  3. 03

    Deliver

Staged implementation outside business hours where users are affected, rollback at each step, documentation and handover training for your team.

  4. 04

    Measure and improve

Thirty-day hypercare, then monthly reporting against the baseline. Where the client agrees, the results become a published case study.

Projects are scoped and priced from our Business Bay office. Engineers work on site across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the Northern Emirates, with remote support from our NOC.
